Mustard finishing sauce.

I tried this amazing finishing sauce for my Cajun chicken and peppers.
Take some mustard pour it into a bowl. Use enough to cover the top of the chicken breast.
Add a dash of salt.
Two shakes of pepper.
One shake Balsamic vinegar
Two small pours of apple cider vinegar
And stir.
